Celosia is a highly productive, cut-and-come-again annual that thrives in full sun. Plants produce continuous blooms throughout the summer, reaching heights of 4 to 5 feet.

Open-pollinated in our fields and selected for natural variation and beauty.

Start indoors 4 to 6 weeks before last frost. Sow seeds on the surface or barely cover, as they are very fine. Celosia is cold sensitive, transplant only after all risk of frost has passed. Can also be direct sown once soil is consistently warm.

Cut when flower heads reach desired size before going to seed. Strip most foliage for clean stems. Vase life 10 to 14 days. Suitable for drying by hanging in a warm, dark place for 2 to 3 weeks.
